Well here's a topic to get some emotional reactions going...check out the story on the news about cloned cutting horses...what's everbody think of this?

My opinion: no thanks. I stick with mother nature...although a whole stable full of Mr. San Peppys wouldn't be a bad thing...hmmmm

I saw it on tv this morning, I have to say that I don't think its is a good thing. I believe we're headed down the wrong road on this one. I smell big money and trouble in the wind. Lets keep the whitecoats from messing everything up.

Does anyone remember the old butter commercial on TV where the female character says, "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature."? Might only be a commercial, but I got to believe there just might be something to that statement.

I'm for mother nature too, but I really can't wait to see if these clones can perform as good as the original model ( I have a funny feeling that they won't). This topic will stir things up though, real makes you think. Do the clones share a soul (spirit) with the original or do they have their own.

This is really stepping into a mine field, ranchroper: should have some interesting debate.
