I am looking for a comprehensive guide to horse veterinary care. What I am looking for is one with detailed anatomy charts and complete descriptions of various horse conditions, ailments and treatments etc. I have many books on basic care, color genetics and such but am looking for something more complete. Any sugestions?

Infovets has an excellent one! But you have to join to get it and it's not cheap, but the most indepth book (a huge book) I've ever seen.
