i'm back! we spent a week at Nags Head, NC...outer banks. drove up to carolla to see wild ponies, and had a week of playing in the sand and surf.

nate has added "professional surfer" to his list of what he wants to be...this includes, cowboy, motorcycle racer, quarter back and nascar wheel changer....

Love the outer banks. Rented a house in Duck(north of the bridge)a couple years ago. Its a great place to relax

duck is gorgeous...i love it! we stay in nags head, as we rent my former boss's home. can't beat the price! (less than 500- for the week)

Was there once back in '99. The rip tides were bad that year. I got caught in one and almost drowned. The lifeguard had to rescue me. I thought that I was a goner. Haven't been back since and have developed total respect for the ocean. In other words, I'm afraid to go in anymore.

I was there off season, Late April I believe. Very few people and the weather was perfect. It was one of the few times I was actually able to relax. A beach chair, a marguarita,and watching the porpoise swim by.Ahhhhhhh
