I'm considering buying a new Valley Head Circle M Saddle for my husband. Does anyone have any info on these saddles? I can't find much information on them so not sure if it's a good saddle or not.

While you are buying him an excellent gift, it might be better to work it where he gets to choose the saddle he wants.
#1 The saddle really needs to be tried on the pony
#2 Does the saddle really fit your honey's butt
#3 Does the saddle fit the need

It takes the surprise out but it might work out better to take him saddle shopping and
then get him a little somewthing else if you want him to have a surprise gift to open.

I looked at the saddles at their website.

Since you asked, my advise:
If you love your husband and want to keep him - look somewhere else.
If you do not love your husband , well, that is another story.

Honestly: I have no clue what the pricetag is but you might want to consider a used saddle and you will get better quality for the same money. And , of course, consider Mike's advise also.
