Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone might have an idea where to find a hat like the one the young Archie West is wearing in the May 2009 issue (pp. 32-3), or who made it or what it might be called. It's kind of like a "western" fedora and I really like it, but the style seems to be pretty outdated and I've never seen it in any stores or online. Any leads would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Brian
Hi-How are you?The only idea i have is to google it every kind of phrase you can think of.I've found quite a few things doing that. You might have to be patient until you come across the right thing.Good luck and take care.Brian

I think the crown might be a tiny bit different, I'll have to take a photo of it, but I think I might have one...it was my dad's, he passed away in 1990...it's either black, or dark chocolate, can't recall off the top of my head.
My mom recently passed away, and sadly, I must start going through belongings soon and selling many as I don't have room to keep them and must prepare her home to either rent out or sale.
The hat will be for sale once I get it cleaned (been sitting collecting dust for years) If I remember correctly, dad wore a 7 1/4....I can get all the info on it later today. PM me if interested

There will also be an entire collection of Briar rodeo bulls still in boxes.
